The Microchip PIC16F873A Microcontroller is an inexpensive 28-pin 8-bit PIC Microcontroller with 4K Flash Program Memory and a Five Channel 10-bit Accuracy A/D Converter. The PIC16F873A microcontroller has a total of 22 I/O pins with individual direction control and the ability to drive LEDs directly.
