Product Details
The MAX666 is a fixed +5V regulator or adjustable positive regulator
between 1.3V to 16V, set by two external resistors. The output is suitable
for currents up to 40mA and current limiting protection is included on the chip.
The MAX666 also includes on-chip low-battery detection.
