Product Details
The MAX639 is a low-power, high efficiency, step-down dc-dc converter supplying a
regulated 5V output for load currents up to 225mA.
The MAX639 has a low operating current of just 10µA and uses a current-limiting pulse
frequency modulated scheme to deliver high efficiencies over a wide range of load currents.
The MAX639 is ideal for converting a 9V battery output to +5V.
