Product Details
The MAX631 is a fixed output +5V, step-up DC-DC converter
with high efficiency and low operting current.
The MAX631 only requires a few external components for operation and
includes low battery detection. A charge pump is also
included for generating a negative voltage in dual power supply
applications.
