MAX621 Quad Mosfet Drivers Datasheet

The MAX621 is a high-side MOSFET driver for N-channel FET's used in motor driver circuits or low-side switching applications for battery and load management. The MAX621 includes four MOSFET drivers with the integral charge pump delivering a regulated output voltage 11V greater than Vcc to the outputs. The input signals are TTL/CMOS compatible and feature undervoltage lockout capability. The MAX621 has internal capacitors and no external components are required.
