The MAX150 is a high speed, 8-bit analog to digital converter with a
conversion time of 1.34µs. The converter requires only a single +5V power supply and
has a 0V to +5V analog input range.
The MAX150 includes an on-chip 2.5V reference voltage and has a track-and-hold function
for input slew rates up to 100mV/µs. The data output can connect to a microprocessor
data bus or connect directly to the microprocessor input port.
