Description
The 74HC74 contains two independent positive
edge triggered D type flip-flops with separate reset and clock inputs.
Each flip-flop has a Q and complementary Q output. The data at the
D-input of the flip-flop is transferred to the Q-output on the next
positive going edge signal from the clock.
