Description
The BZX84-B4V7 4.7V Zener Diode is a voltage regulator
diode with a working voltage of 4.7V.
The BZX84-B4V7 Zener Diode is packaged in a surface mount SOT-23 package
for mounting directly on a pcb. This voltage regulator diode has a 1/4 Watt power
rating and is suitable for forward currents up to 200mA.
The BZX84-B4V7 Zener Diode is ideal for use as voltage regulator diodes in
power supply circuits.
