Description
The BZV55-C56 56V Zener Diode is a voltage regulator
diode with a working voltage of 56V.
The BZV55 Voltage Regulator Diode Series are housed in a
compact surface mount glass SOD80 package for mounting directly on the pcb.
The BZV55-C56 zener diode has a peak 1/2 Watt power
rating and is suitable for forward currents up to 250mA.
These Zener Diodes are ideal for use as voltage regulators in
power supply circuits.
