Description
The TC4424 is a dual high-speed MOSFET driver,
capable of supplying up to 3A peak current. The TC4424 has two
non-inverted output pins and the inputs can be driven directly
by TTL or CMOS signals.
The devices are highly resistant to transients and
have a maximum rise and fall time of 40ns.
