AT89LP4052 Controller

Great new compact 8051 Based Controller Board, utilizing the popular AT89LP4052 Microcontroller from Atmel. This miniature board is loaded with features and is ideal for small low cost solutions. Based on standard 8051 Assembly language, programs can be easily prepared and downloaded to this board.

The AT89LP4052 Microcontroller includes 4kb of internal flash Program Memory, together with RAM Scratchpad and an optional external eeprom for the 24XX Series. SPI interface and a range of timers are also included within the Microcontroller. Port connections are brought out to standard IDCC Connections for easy hookup. The board also includes a Character LCD connection with contrast adjustment. A DS1307 socket is provided for a Real-Time Clock, the controller can be easily used as a real-time controller. In-Circuit program download is also provided, enabling the board to be easily updated with new code and modified as required, without the need to remove the microcontroller.

All the necessary support components are included, together with a Power and Programming LED for easy status indication. Plus a reset switch for program execution and a RS232 connection for data transfer to and from a standard RS232 port, available on most computers.

The new AT89LP4052 Controller is an ideal miniature compact controller for a wide range of applications. Based on the standard 8051 Microcontroller series this board can easily utilize the vast range of code available for this microcontroller.

Please Note: Requires the LP4052 ISP Programming Unit (As Below) for In-Circuit Programming Via the Connection on-board.
